Jeffrey Hensley
Jeff Hensley has been practicing law for almost 20 years. A member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, he has tried more than 100 disability-related cases, achieving for his clients dozens of total disability awards, many in excess of $1 million. A former defense attorney representing Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies and municipalities, Jeff’s experience within the insurance industry has served him well, providing him with a keen understanding of the inner-workings of that industry and allowing him to navigate the complex maze of insurance regulations and cut through the red tape on behalf of the firm’s clients. He is actively involved with the Brain Injury Association of Florida, having served on its board of directors, working closely with families of those who have suffered Traumatic Brain Injury, or TBI.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in 1982, after which he attended law school at Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1985, graduating with honors.
He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Florida Supreme Court, Indiana Supreme Court, the Federal District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and all Florida and Indiana State Courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida State Bar Association, Indiana State Bar, St. Petersburg Bar Association and Clearwater Bar Association. In addition, he belongs to the American Bar Association's Section on Tort and Insurance Law, and the Florida State Bar Section on Workers' Compensation Law.

Michael Walker
Mike Walker began practicing law in 1987, after graduating with honors and earning his Juris Doctor degree from the Stetson University College of Law. Prior to attending Stetson, he earned a Bachelor of Arts / Science degree from Purdue University. While attending Stetson University’s College of Law, he was named a Dana Scholar, and was a national finalist in the American Bar Association’s Mock Trial Competition. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by both the Florida Bar Association and the National Board of Civil Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having earned numerous verdicts and settlements for his clients, many in excess of $1 million.
Mike’s extensive experience dealing with insurance adjusters has helped him earn a reputation as a fair but aggressive advocate for his clients. He is well respected among those in the insurance industry, and his easygoing personality and calm demeanor are keys to his success when working with adjusters and other insurance personnel. With a background in insurance litigation as well as personal injury experience, he has the ability to view a case from both sides of the aisle, providing him with a keen understanding of what it takes to ensure a successful outcome for his clients.
He is admitted to practice before all Florida and Indiana courts, the Federal District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
