Order numbers come in 3 formats. Please use the the appropriate method below to contact us. It is important that you contact the customer service relating to which order system you used. All 3 order systems are separate and use separate customer service personnel. Trying to contact another order system's customer service won't help, so please use the correct one below. Thank you! You will have one of the following type of order numbers:
- SafeTrustProcessing - 8 digit number. Ex: "20041274"
- MPLLC/Health Solutions Network - 6 digit order number beginning with "2". Ex: "234567"
- GlobalRxSystems - 5 digit order number. Ex: "12432"
